please tell me how to remain Alert and fit , I do exercise daily , pushups and pulps,6 set of 10 each but still can't effect on muscles even though I can't do workout next day, I have also tried protein shake but of no use , it is heavy on my heart , I drink occasionally , please tell me some ayurvedic supplement which pancake on regular basis with no side effect.

Hi, History told by you favours irritable bowel syndrome ( IBS ). There are two alarming signs in your case : Firstly, loss of weight and that to10kg approx. Secondly, sensation of carrying a weight in stomach. Both of them do occurs in IBS. Hi, You should try to lower it right now with diet first for 3-4 months. If no effects are seen then you may go on with drugs for this(raised cholesterol). Respected Dr. The following are the brief details of my case for your kind consideration:- 1. History of High Myopia since the age of 12 years. 2. Suffered Retina Detachment in the right eye at the age of 25 years and was operated upon at Shankar Netralaya, Chennai but with little gain of vision. 3. Continued with the help of contact lens in the left eye and almost stable number for the next 11 years. 4. Sudden appearance of rainbow like colours in the Left eye and the case was diagnosed as Advanced Optic Nerve Atrophy & Retinal Degeneration at PGI, Chandigarh & I was told that the condition is irreversible with no cure or medication. 5. I was put on eye drop medication with Dorzox, Combigan , Alphagen & am continuing with the same. 6. I was advised IOL transplant in the left eye and underwent surgery for the same at Grewal Eye Institute, Chandigarh. 7. hello dr. I used condom each and every time while having sex but this month I missed my period. I am having a regular period with 28 days of cycle. but now it crossed 35 days. I used to do few abs exercise ever day for 20 mins. I did this for 2 weeks. I stopped after having abdominal muscle pain and back pain. This pain is not the regular pain. I feel as though muscles are contracting. It been 2 weeks now. I took hifilac for 4 days (1 everyday) after which pain has reduced considerably, but still there is uneasiness and light pain sometimes. What could be the reason? Should I take hifilac for couple of days more? Please suggest
