Hi, actually you have not only low platellet count but also anemia. Also perform abdominal echosonography. Liver enzym elevation is marginal for decision to decrease Rosuvastatine dose, I would advice not to decrease dose, but try to increase your physical activity and keep fasting glucose levels no more than 7,5 mmol/L, recheck lipid profile and ALT after a month. Also check blood creatine kinaze ( CK), elevated levels mean the reason of your muscule pain can be Rosuvastatin. In this case it's reasonable to decrease the dose of your statin.
