A few years back after having visited a hill station in India.. i got this sort of coating on my upper lip that couldn't be scraped off easily, a lot of my friends did too.. but even now my problem persists, this was followed by dryness around my lip and white patches that were spreading and cuts started forming. on consulting several dermatologists, they prescribed Fluticasone Propionate ointments of varying concentration saying that its caused by the fact that I was born by extremely dry skin and the saliva dries the area more, but I've been using petroleum jelly on my lips since I was small as I always used to get chapped lips.. I similar sort of dry patch developed on my finger which went on to spread over the years to my entire finger, for which i use the the same medication.. the itching on the finger and the dryness goes away after a couple of days of use but then it comes back when not used and the texture of my finger has turned out to be slightly glossy looking compared to the rest of my fingers..

my son is 4 years old and fell. he cut the corner of his upper lip right side and also lost 3 milk teeth. the doctor told me that he had used dissolving stitches for the inside of the lip and the outer ones had to be removed after 5 days. i am worried as to how long will it take for the outer stitches to be healed and removed and also the dissolving stitches. will his permanent teeth grow back as the teeth came out along with its root. the sutures used were prolene 6-0 and vicryl 5-0 rapide. please help me if anyone knows

Hi... I am Supriya. I have been married for 7 yrs from now and I am suffering with infertility problem. Hi Supriya!! TB of the fallopian tubes can lead to infertilty as the tubes get blocked.In your case the TB of the tubes,is probably the most important cause of the infertilty. If tb has been confirmed like you say,my advice would be that you take complete treatment for tuberculosis.The complete treatment would be allopathic treament which can range from 6-9 mths depending upon the extent of disease.As far as my knowledge goes, I am not aware of any ayurvedic/homeopathic treatment for TB. ...

Hi . I have hypothyroidism amd taking thyronorm 25mcg. I also was diagnosed with pcod last year but the gynaec adviced no treatment saying it sometimes happen temporarily. My 2 1/2 year old son has a swollen upper lip (not just the lip, but everything from the bottom of the nose down). He has had a cough for about a week and a half. About a week ago, he started getting a fever every day. Took him to the Dr. 3 days ago, and he has been on antibiotics since then. Fever has since stopped. Cough sounds like it's starting to get better (still bad). Should I be concerned about his swollen lip? I am pretty sure that it was swollen before we went to the Dr., but I didn't think to ask about it while we were there. Also, he hasn't had much of an appetite for about a week now. Most days, he's been eating 4-5 bites of food. (But he seems to be staying well hydrated.) To my knowledge, he hasn't bumped his lip. Nothing new has been introduced to his diet, so I don't think it's an allergic reaction. (He had these same anitbiotics when he was 15 months old) Thanks.

Sir.. About 7 years back I had lots of dandruff in my scalp. The dandruff wld be seen as huge flakes. At tht time I used many anti dandruff shampoos and some how it subsided aftr 6 months. Then hair loss started occuring aftr 2 years. As hairloss became evident I started using Gaine hair 2%. But on using this dandruff startd appearing. So I discontinued this.
