Hi. You have to do some lifestyle changes such as waight loss, decrease salt intake, quit ciggarettes and alcohol (in case if you use), do physical exersices (but don't do heavy exercises, and avoid protein powder) keep healthy, enoug sleep, healthy diet and relieve stress in your life. If lifestyle modification isn't sufficient you have to continue medications. Also it would be appropriate to check your thyroid function! Be healthy.
