Hi, Dizziness is unlikely to be a symptom of high cholesterol? Do you have any other problem like anemia, leg swelling, fatigue etc? If not, don't worry too much. Take regular exercise and healthy diet, avoid smoking and alcohol. Try to maintain a regular sleep time and avoid excessive stress. Hope this will help you.

Thank you doctor for your answer, My dizziness vanish some days and then came back the headaches also. I do not suffer from anemia or any other breathing or heart problems. I'm a smoker (10 years of smoking, packet a day), I get stressed so often (work commitements) Is there any medicament I can take that can reduce headaches caused by stress !?

You can take paracetamol 500mg 2 tablet or NSAID like tolfenamic acid 200mg for headache. But if you suffer from regular headache, than amitryptiline 25mg may be required for long term.
