hello patient, you do not need to consume protein in this quantity to support yourself for the gym routine. As per your weight, provided you are working out regularly, 95 – 120 grams of proteins (1.2-1.5 grams/kg body weight) should be appropriate. Also timings and type of protein need to be matched with your workout timings.
Protein rich foods such as lean chicken produces heat (diet induced thermogenesis) which speeds metabolism, helps burn calories and preserve lean body mass. Consumption of chicken alone cannot lead to development of pimples. If you are prone to producing pimples, do not over work yourself, do not take steaming hot food, avoid alcohol, and avoid spicy and oily fried food. Do not overload yourself with eggs and chicken. Also limit your salt intake.
Have plenty of liquids and water in a day. Consume at least three liters of water per day. Sip water every half hourly. Dehydration could lead to unfavorable effects. Take lot of freshly cut fruits and salads. Wear cotton clothes and bathe 2-3 times a day. Practice good hygiene, including regularly washing skin areas with neutral cleansers.
