hi i have a female friend , she used to to smoke Hookah tobacco for 3 months then suddenly she stopped smoking , now she feels heart pain (heart beats faster ), chest pain (hard to breath and some timed coughs blood ) and back pain when she went to the hospital the doctor said you must stop smoking hookah gradually not stop suddenly so what do u recommend and is it true that this is the only solution for this problem ? or is there some kind of pills or medical solution? i don't her to smoke again cause if she tries again she may be addicted again to hookah tobacco so please i want a better solution then this solution

Hi, Since you have not told me about the age of the patient ,with only history available that she was a smoker,following might be the causes - - Bronchitis - Brochiectasis - Lung carcinoma - Pneumonia For all of these you will have to leave smoking.You may quit smoking suddenly but doctors at might not recommend it because this might suddenly lead to dropping of hormone levels in blood which might cause depression. pls. advise regarding disadvantages of arthroscopy....will it stop fluid collection in the knee after the anticipated debriis are removed...this is for my staff who is abt 40 yrs and possibly had a silent injury 2 months back.....mri today indicated minor damage to meniscuss.... was in complete cast for abut 20 days.....fluid was removed 20 days back...which reappeared after 6 days...presently having some fluid but no pain... pls. advise if arthroscopy will help.....or any alternate therapy... regds randeep singh

I m 23 years old. I have muscular pain since 6 years. I had all types of test. M.R.I, X-rays etc. i had consult all types of doctors. Done physio therapy. Take hundreds of medicines but no effect. Hello I am 27years female and have diagonised sacralazation l5-s1 three months ago.I have gone through various physiotherapies like excercises, ultrasound and eletctric heat therapies...to some extent these therapy help to relief my back pain.but not for the longer time..now I am doing low level laser therapy in the hope to get relief from this back pain permanently.I am recommended to do this laser therapy for 10days and just completed 3days course of this laser therApy.. It seems like its working to relief pain..I am given the medicines like zanid and neurobions forte now for 20days... What i actually want to know is will this laser therapy help to relief from the back pain permanently? I am so much worried about my upcoming married life,sex life and pregnancies too..
