Hello i had my no 48 wisdom tooth removed on thursday morning and its been nearly 3 days now. What i wanted to know was i have noticed yesterday and today that the gum which had folded over the extraction site has receeded and left behind a thin white strand of tissue. is this a normal part of the healing process. I am not in any pain and have not smoked since the day of extraction (before). Also i know your advice will be to stop permanently but how long should i wait till i can smoke again

Hi Puneet, Every time i eat something i have this inflammatory sensation in my throat that's kind of very uncomfortable. I cannot eat spicy food at all these days. Every time i eat junk food like burgers or Pizza or KFC, i end up having problem with my stomach (stomach upset mostly). This problem started since 2010 when i was doing night shifts for my company. There was a time when i did graveyard shift for 3 consecutive weeks. I stopped doing night shifts after i had problems with my stomach. I have a very tough time in finding food of my taste here. I generally prefer salads and bland food. Fruits rich in alkaline level tend to help me a lot. I'm not married yet, so its very difficult for me to find such food everywhere especially at my workplace. I consume alcohol every weekend but next day morning i end up having acidity. So i have to take ENO (fruit salt) to feel better. This has been the case since 3 years now. The only food which suits me is Bland food and fruits (especially the ones rich in alkaline level). Hi, You can have acinil-o along with pantoprazole but pantop will have better effects than acinil-o. Then in 7th point I told about alcohol and not water. Hi.. Im 24 yr old male. i have an habit of masturbation. i think in my school 8th class i did masturbation first time. After a year it became a habit for me. iâ€™m very much ashamed of having this habit. After doing masturbation, I hate myself that I cant control it. Hi, Fatigue means thakaan or to get tired easily,the symptoms you described are not of nerve weakness.Rest other symptoms are very normal things which many people might face and it is difficult to comment may be there is some thing locally on your back which might be irritating you or may be some kind of allergy. Hi... I am Supriya. I have been married for 7 yrs from now and I am suffering with infertility problem. Hi Supriya!! TB of the fallopian tubes can lead to infertilty as the tubes get blocked.In your case the TB of the tubes,is probably the most important cause of the infertilty. If tb has been confirmed like you say,my advice would be that you take complete treatment for tuberculosis.The complete treatment would be allopathic treament which can range from 6-9 mths depending upon the extent of disease.As far as my knowledge goes, I am not aware of any ayurvedic/homeopathic treatment for TB. ...

I am 7.4 weeks pregnant. The ultrasound shows 13 mm embryo and 30 mm gestational sac. According to the GS, i am 8 weeks pregnant, that is impossible. I was told that the GS measurements can vary and the most accurate wayto determine gestational age is embryo size. I would appreciate your advice, thanks.

I donâ€™t think this is impossible. This is just a simple case of misinterpretation of pregnancy aging. When obstetricians date pregnancy, we donâ€™t count from the day the intercourse happened. We date from the 1st day of mentruation. And, discrepancy from the ultrasound and menstrual counting is normal. It is very hard for it to be 100 percent match.
