I am experiencing persistent eye redness resembling conjunctivitis. Along with that I have an abscessed tooth in my right upper jaw. Is the abscess causing the eye redness? I'm not sure whether to get an appointment first with my dentist or my opthalmologist.

Recently punched in the right eye went to the optomologist and had eye checked out and eye is ok with a subconjective hemorrage and much bruising around eye. Now when I blink I hear a pop in my eye and feel pain in my front right tooth? What is going on? Do I need to see a doctor again or dentist?

I wonder if you could give direction I dont know whether to go to the doctor or the dentist? I broke a crown about 3mths ago, whicht he dentist sorted out for me but about a mth later I developed a cold and my crown became so sensitive I couldnt close my mouth it felt like it had a pulse and the bone was rejecting the post. after googling I realised it could very well be a sinus infection and got a 10 day course of anitbiotics which helped immensley, but the gum where it connects to the cheek pulses and if I run my finger over the spot I feel as though I am getting an electric shock. It was fine if i didnt touch it but over the last few days the pain has come back and a lump is developing and spreading. the pain is in my cheek bone and around my eye socket, I had a root canal on this tooth over 10 years ago with no problems and the tooth has no odour or any leakage around it

Hello, Your problem seems to be primarily dental. I wolud recommend you to visit the dental proffesional an make an x ray.. From wat history you hav provided it seems the nerve has been damaged and there is infection, pus, developed below the tooth.. hence the wierd senstion... sinus infection may or may not be related to the tooth.. sp kindly visit the dr and take his opinion. 1. Using tobocoo products since long time back 2. One and half year back ( October 2011) observed a tiny white colour patch inside cheek. 3. Consult the doctors and as per them it is because of sharp teeth byte. 4. Since uses tobacoo product it is also leucoplakia inside the mouth. 5. Doctor prescribe the ointment like kenocard, candid and it improved a lot 6. Suffered Retina Detachment in the right eye at the age of 25 years and was operated upon at Shankar Netralaya, Chennai but with little gain of vision. 3. Continued with the help of contact lens in the left eye and almost stable number for the next 11 years. 4. Hi.. Im 24 yr old male. i have an habit of masturbation. i think in my school 8th class i did masturbation first time. in jan end there was unprotected sex on 03 april i felt burning sensation on my penis ,on 04 april i was diagnosed for uti by surgeon as there was 1-2 pus cell in my urine and prescribed with antibiotic for a week. it did not give me relief i refered to a urologist and told him everything, he has diagnosed me for prostattitus after physical examination and my semen culture showed no growth,but pus cells 4-6hpf the urologist said there is no STI . he has prescribed me the foll doxy 100mg twice daily for 15 days lenoflox 500 once daily for 4 weeks t.alfoo 10mg one daily for 3 months it has been 15 days since i am having the med but the burning sensation comes often on the right bottom of the head of my penis with no other symptom .what can be the possible reason there is no discharge/rashes on my genitals only this burning sensation pl tell me if i need to show to some other urologist or is it that i have an std which the urologist could not diagnose if so then whom should i consult and what all test of std should i conduct .the urologist has said that i do not require any STD test as i have simple prostatits but the fear of std is troubling me or do i need to consult a pshycatrist pl help

Hi, Diagnosis of such kind can't be told like this or made like this they have to get all your tests done to make such a diagnosis. Unless the eye doctor was tell about the local examination for your eye. Do your eyelids fall,or do you have squint,do you have difficulty in looking left or right?
