Hi, The foreskin on my penis is quite tight and I am not able to retract that easily. I am in a planning for marriage in next 2 - 3 months. So any resolution for the above problem? I have checked for options and came to know that Circumcision can be an option but worried about the process of removal of complete foreskin. I personally feel that foreskin is a very sensitive part of penis comprised of vital sex nerves, which helps to release sensual felling during masturbation/sexual activity but as the part of process to circumcision surgery, the foreskin need to be cut away so, worried that, without foreskin how I can get sexual sensation in future or during foreplay? my daughter has been prescribed Serta 25 for a panic attack she had recently while in a boarding school. She is in the final year for IB boards and maybe undergoing stress in preparation for the forthcoming exams. she is a little highly-strung and sensitive girl. With reference to the black-out she had she said that there was no external stimuli ie. pressure of the exams to have caused this attack. I as a mother am not not very sure. Her doctor prescribed Serta 25 one a day in the morning and Sibelium 5 one a day at night for 30 days. I am concerned about the side effects of these medicines. Are they safe to take under the given circumstances.

pls. advise regarding disadvantages of arthroscopy....will it stop fluid collection in the knee after the anticipated debriis are removed...this is for my staff who is abt 40 yrs and possibly had a silent injury 2 months back.....mri today indicated minor damage to meniscuss.... was in complete cast for abut 20 days.....fluid was removed 20 days back...which reappeared after 6 days...presently having some fluid but no pain... pls. advise if arthroscopy will help.....or any alternate therapy... regds randeep singh
