Hello Sir ,
You have a serious knee injury which requires ARTHROSCOPIC SURGERY.
ACL = Anterior cruciate ligament is an important structure in the knee which is necessary for the stability of knee .MCL and LCL are medial and lateral collateral ligaments which are also important in knee . These ligaments help in walking , running etc and other movements of knee . The injuries will require ARTHROSCOPIC SURGERY . Its keyhole surgery in which the ligaments will be repaired . A graft will be taken from your own hamstring muscle and will be used to repair ACL. Other ligaments will also need repair. The fractures [ which are minor ] will need immobilization in a knee immobilizer . Contact your Orthopaedic surgeon for an early surgery as the sooner surgery will be done , the better is for you.

what result should i expect from surgery? are there any non surgical options? what kind of prepration is needed for surgery? how long will it take to recover from surgery?

Hello Sir ,
The results of surgery are good if you get it done as early as possible. There are no other choice other than surgery. It is a routine surgery so no special preparation is required. About 30 to 45 days will be required for recovery.
