I have an irregular heart beat that on occasion has been making my chest feel like someone is poking it. The poking pain feeling only occurs in a single location (right side of my sternum next to my nipple) and goes away in a few seconds. Went to the ER but the blood tests found nothing. This has been going on since 8pm Tuesday. I had issues sleeping until my wife came in, and when she laid down next to me I fell asleep. I have no issue staying asleep. Also, I have little to no appetite and I also have to burp a lot.

Hi, For the symptoms you are presenting, we need to rule out the presence of angina in such a situation since you have told me that your blood tests revealed nothing. I also hope that you must have got an ECG done(which can only rule out presence of any heart disease). Excessive burping and such symptoms can also be due to gerd(gastro esophageal reflux disease). I am facing breathing difficulty from last 3 days. I am allergic to dust. Few days ago, while sleeping I wasn't taking a breath, my room-mate awaken me. Also have difficulty in concentration, tonsil pain and small amount of headache with appetite lowered than usual.

My Kid is 9 months old but she is underweight by 3 Kgs. Her current weight is 5.9 but she is active!!! As of now, we are giving Similac Stage 2 but her consumption is very very less. My 2 1/2 year old son has a swollen upper lip (not just the lip, but everything from the bottom of the nose down). He has had a cough for about a week and a half. About a week ago, he started getting a fever every day. Took him to the Dr. 3 days ago, and he has been on antibiotics since then. Fever has since stopped. Cough sounds like it's starting to get better (still bad). Should I be concerned about his swollen lip? I am pretty sure that it was swollen before we went to the Dr., but I didn't think to ask about it while we were there. Also, he hasn't had much of an appetite for about a week now. Most days, he's been eating 4-5 bites of food. (But he seems to be staying well hydrated.) To my knowledge, he hasn't bumped his lip. Nothing new has been introduced to his diet, so I don't think it's an allergic reaction. (He had these same anitbiotics when he was 15 months old) Thanks.

sir,im 20 aged boy,i feel so much weak,vomit,and dierrhoea from last month and still now,i got internel fever then tasted my blood and result came out as im having typhoid.im taking cefixim 400 mg twice a day as typhoid vaccine.but now im feeling muscular aches,abdominal pain,strool problem,headache,fever,sometimes sore throat,vomit,huge depression,totally weak all over,lose of appetite and now noticed my skin nd eyes are light yellow,please suggest me whats happening to me???

Hi tushar, thanks for your query? Typhoid fever may cause various complication like hepatitis and carditis. I think I might have tapeworm or roundworm. I am basically healthy except for my tooth decay. I also use some drugs and I drink daily and was told years ago I have hepatitus c. I know drugs can cause you to "THINK" you have worms etc but I know its not that. My stool has segments in it and my appetite is voracious. I eat nonstop but only weigh 140 lbs. Ive gone to the doctor but they say Im just on drugs et havent done a stool sample to test for parasites etc. It started about 2 years ago when I lived woth someone whoi had the same symptoms. My skin is constantly crawling and it has migrated to my eyes and head. Please,if you can shed some light on this I would greatly apprecitate it. I would much rather be delusional than have something living in me but I live with people who have cats and there is cat feces EVERYWHERE !!! thank you
