Hi,
For the symptoms you are presenting, we need to rule out the presence of angina in such a situation since you have told me that your blood tests revealed nothing. I also hope that you must have got an ECG done(which can only rule out presence of any heart disease).
Excessive burping and such symptoms can also be due to gerd(gastro esophageal reflux disease).
First of all you will have to rule out any associated heart disease, since you are in high risk group(diabetic, mildly hypertensive). Also control your cholesterol level and blood pressure
To control gerd -
- You can have pantoprazole tablet 40 mg once daily
- Stop spicy food
- Stop smoking which cause a lot of gas formation
- Reduce alcohol levels, specially empty stomach
- Reduce your oil,you can also change your oil
- Regular excercise,yoga
- Reduce stress levels
You also mentioned about irregular heart beat, this is what you feel or you are diagnosed(if you are diagnosed this is a serious problem)? I think what you want to mention is that you are feeling your heart beat once in a while. Is that it ?
