On Sunday I ate fried duck and half of it very stinky so I didn't continue, I think that duck is the cause. Around 1 hour after that I started to have diarrhea. Mostly just liquid and getting worse, yesterday I've been more than 20x going to the loo. So last night I have blood test and the result showing Hemoglobin 15.0, hematokrit 42.7, eritrosit 5.03, trombosit 263, leukosit 11.93, natrium 138.2, kalium 3.61, chloride 106.6, all typhi/parathyphi negative except s.typhi h positive 1/320. I took antibiotic and lacto-b. Any suggestion please? Thank you very much.

Hi kunika, that's a bad situation I understand. What are the drugs you are taking? Please elaborate.
I suggest you ciprofloxacin, metronidazole, Rececadatroil and oral rehydration saline. Hope your doctor will give you better treatment. Thanks

My father is 78 years old and has been suffering from constipation for the last 2 years. He has also lost a lot of weight around 10 kgs in this time span. In the last couple of months he has been complaining that his abdominal muscles have torn due to bowel straining and now he says there is loss of muscle in his stomach area. Which is why when he lies down everything is fine but when he sits up and walks around he feels like he is carrying a weight in his stomach. After intake of food it becomes worse and he also gets bloating. We have done all possible tests - colonoscopy, CT scan, ultrasound sometime last year and everything was clear. The doctors gave a verdict of idiopathic constipation and left it at that. His blood work is fine, haemoglobin levels, cholestrol etc. He still suffers from constipation. His prostrate is enlarged but results are fine. What is the solution to his stomach muscle problem ? Is it lack of exercise, lack of protein ? He doesnt have a pot belly and has never had and had always been physically active and fairly slender.

Hi, History told by you favours irritable bowel syndrome ( IBS ). There are two alarming signs in your case : Firstly, loss of weight and that to10kg approx. Secondly, sensation of carrying a weight in stomach. Both of them do occurs in IBS. My left wisdom tooth has been growing in side ways, but has not been able to come in fully. It started hurting about two days ago. I did not think anything of it and thought it was just growing in more. There was a flap of skin/gum covering part of the tooth. When I went to brush my teeth this morning, I noticed that part of it (underneath where the skin covered before) was now a blackish color. I got a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes only on the left side of my throat around the same time my tooth started hurting. Are these related? I have a dentist appointment in a week. Is there anything I can do to help it to make it better or ease the pain? It hurts to chew on that side of my mouth and it hurts when I swallow. Will my tooth be okay until I get to the dentist and what will be done by the dentist? Do you think my tooth is infected? Will I have to take antibiotics?

Dear Sir/Madam, I have had intercourse with my boyfriend 5 months back and had abortion pills by consulting a Doctor online. The only blood test that can show whether you are pregnant or the previous abortion was an incomplete one is a serum beta hcg -this checks the hormone for pregnancy in the blood.If less than 5 ,then pregnancy is negative. Hi there I have been to the doctors on Xmas eve and he said I have sinusitis as all my nasal passage was blocked I had a lot of pressure and tooth ache and head ache , he told me to take ibuprofen and sudafed and steam inhalation to which I did , that night went to bed and woke with terrible ear ache in my right ear after 4 hours it started cracking and eventually released fluid which then released the pain of ear ache , Christmas Day night it started in my left ear but this time the pain was so bad that nothing touched it and I was almost delirious ! Eventually it to cracked and popped and released fluid ! Both ears are still a little achy but bearable but they are still leaking and I am now a little death and I have ringing in my right ear constantly , I am taking antibiotics now started them on Christmas Day amoxicillin what do you think is going on in there I'm very concerned

Hi, I am really stressed and don't want to self diagnos and go crazy, but I have had this (pimple, ulcer, follicule infection or chancre on the side of the shaft of my penis. I don't know which one it is. I don't have medical but I am signing up on Tuesday for state medical..... The story is it appear maybe a week after a day and a half masterbation marathon I am embarrassed to say I had. It started as just a burning sensation on the side like I ripped the skin which I have done before. So I just didnt touch it. That was on a Sunday then Monday Xmas I tried to have sex with my lady and I couldn't cause of the pain and burning sensation on the skin. We started and stopped. 3 days after that in the same burning area 1 pimple formed with maybe 2 smaller ones. Very small ones...
