Since your left wisdom is growing sideways and not in line with your other teeth you will probably need an x ray and the best long term treatment would be to remove the tooth surgically. This will also take care of the flap that will swell whenever you have cold or sore throat and would prevent food lodgement and the resulting caries in the adjacent tooth in future. Third molars have hardly any role to play in mastication in 21st century so no need to replace them if removed. Premedications are needed before executing the treatment.

Angular eruption of third molar needs extraction. It is of no use anyway, get it removed by a good oral surgeon,it does not require replacement
