It should be fine. The normal size of vagina of an Indian origin who does not have a baby is around 5-6 cm so it can accommodate a penis of any size,and the part which actually can feel sensation is even smaller in vagina.

Vagina is not the only organ by which a woman might feel excited,she might have some other spot like breast which might excite her or bring her orgasm, however vagina is necessary for a females sexuality and it totally depends from one female to other and no female is same.

my girth is also 9 cm as length...and i am little over weight and i can see some fat around my penis. if i press the ruler to public bone to measure my penis i could see 11.5 cm in length and my thicker part or penis around 4 inch...please suggest to reduce fat around by penis....please let me know what is exact method to measure my penis...

The method you used is correct to measure the size of penis.
However loosing weight around penis area would require you loose weight overall,and following the general rule book for that.

Eat a low-cholesterol, low-fat diet, which includes cottage cheese, fat-free milk,vegetables, poultry, and egg whites. Use mono-unsaturated oils such as olive, peanut, and canola oils or polyunsaturated oils such as corn, safflower, soy, sunflower, cotton-seed, and soybean oils. Avoid foods with excess fat in them such as meat (especially liver and fatty meat), egg yolks, whole milk, cream, butter, shortening, pastries, cakes, cookies, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate, olives, potato chips, coconut, cheese (other than cottage cheese), coconut oil, palm oil, and fried foods.smoking should be stopped,all direct sugars should be reduced. Stop smoking also. Do aerobic regular exercise.

thanks...so the penis need to measure from public bone...sorry for asking again...i will try all your suggestion to reduce my weight....i don't have other problem like erection and ejection.....every thing is fine....so i can marry her with out any problem....please suggest....
