Hello. I am 29 years old from Australia and currently am in Tokyo. I had protected sex with a hooker a few nights ago and a hand job from one last night. I am overweight and chafe a lot when walking a lot but I have noticed itchy red lines have developed behind my knees on both sides. Red rashes are between my legs (but is usual for my chafing). Please note I have been walking around all day long in jeans in cold/warm weather so I am not sure if red is inflammation or the start of an STD? Please advise if you think I need to return home immediately for tests or if I am overreacting ? Thank you

Hi, Please tell about your diabetic status. Rashes between your legs, at the back of your knees,in armpits are common, as the area is usually moist and allergic. Rash is common at such a location,and you already told me that chaffing is common to you then it can be because of that only. Hi, I would like to ask how come that children has a dark armpit and neck? Even if we washed and use a sponge during taking a bath but still theire necks and armpit are darker. I have CAD and type 2 diabetes am age 70 male about 50 lbs overweight with 3 endeaver stents in right coronary artery and 1 in the left cecending artery. Got some chest pains last night after dancing for about 5 minutes to some fast music. I sat down and my felt I wanted to vomit and there was a STRONG taste of salt in my mouth. I'm 5ft 9.9" and weigh 76.7 kgs. I have been on Femilon since October 2013 as a form of birth control. I also have PCOS features. I read that the combined pill, like Femilon, is ineffective for women above 77kgs. Is this true? What birth control is preferable for overweight women like me, if not Femilon?

I am detected with PCODs after 7 months of my marriage. I am now 26years old and got married 1.4 years ago. I am unable to conceive due to PCODs as per my gynocologist. She firstly prescribed me 1.CYSTA Rx, 2. forte tablets, with weight reduction suggestion. after 3 months in USG i got free from PCODs and i was prescribed 1.Duphaston 10mg tablets, 2. follic acid tab and calcium tab, after 2 months again I missed my periods and detected with PCODs again. Doctor prescribed 1.MYOCYST, 2.OSTOCALCIUM TAB but my periods delayed more than 2 months. Now as per my doctor, I am overweight and cant conceive till reducing weight fom 63kg to 55 minimum. Past 2 months i have been suferring from highbp problem & overweight, obesity. I was diagnosed and my doctor has given me 10days medicine and asked to come back for regular check. But unfortunately i have taken medicine for only two days, when i felt comfortable i left everything. Last week when i was driving two wheeler suddenly i felt uncomfortable and my whole body was full of sweat, immediately i rushed to the same hospital. Bp level was 120/190 i have been admitted in icu. But even though i was taking regular medicine i feel some strange pain in particular area of my chest. Hi there. I agree with both your OBs. Clomiphene is the 1st line to induce your ovulation. In order for your endometrial lining to thicken, your doctor may prescibe estrogen containing drugs such as Progynova. Femara will less likely to alter your endometrial lining. Good Luck! ...
