hello sir.i had my last sex with my husband on august 10th and i had periods in september and october..my period date is october 4th..i dint get periods in november and this month..is there any possibility of getting pregnancy?can i use mensovit plus for getting periods?please reply..

Dear Sir/Madam, I have had intercourse with my boyfriend 5 months back and had abortion pills by consulting a Doctor online. Now my problem is im getting married next month and scare with all these problems because my boyfriend is no more with me he had left me and my parents have fixed my marriage dates to some other person im in a critical situation to handle all the problems. Sir, I am 23 yrs aged man. From my childhood onward i have a doubt that is there is any psychiatric problems for me. And now i don't have that thinking. But in sometimes i am getting angry for small matters. It comes suddenly and also down suddenly. At the time my hands are shivering. Also i cannot concentrate on a specific thing or work. It effect my job. I am a chain smoker before 1 year. But now I controlled it . Now I am using 2 cigarettes in a day. Also up to 1 year before i am addicted to panmasala. and I suddenly stop it. sir, I want to why I am getting tensed suddenly for some times. Also is there is any treatment to control it. Is this is a mental disorder? Can you help me doctor.? ( I am not much fluent in English. So pleased me if there is any mistake.)

My hands shake when i do some activities like when i take a tea cup my hands shake. When i'm drinking it slowly my hands shake. I feel very shy and afraid infront of everyone. Do you feel any kind of numbness or any kind paresthesia in your hands or legs. Since how long are you having this problem and also describe in detail whether you are facing any other symptom or not and whether it was all of a sudden or the symptoms you are facing devloped gradually. Any problem in urine or dafecation ? Any history of trauma and is this pain bilateral or unilateral ? Any history of hypertension and diabetes ? You can get serum electrolyte level and vitamin d3 levels chceked in blood right now and also give me the awnser to above queries i asked you and then will let you know whether any other investigation is required or not.
