ï‚® CT IVU shows partial blockage in ureters junctions
ï‚® Renal scan with DTPA (GFR) reports no blockage, normal function of both kidneys (Report is attached)

ï‚® Urine Culture Test:
Bacterial Count= no growth
Culture Report= Negative

Tab: Vezitec (one tab daily) (5days) then discontinued on Doctor’s recom-mendation
Tab: Enoxabid 400mg (one tab twice daily) 10days (dose completed)
Tab: Panadol 200mg (two tab x 3times daily) 5days (does completed)
Cap: Flusure 0.4mg (one capsule daily) Recommended for 30days (used 19days, discontinued on doctor advise)
Tab: Diclotol (Diclofenac Sodium 50mg + Misoprostol 200mcg) currently in use
