First of all you need to maintain consistent shifts(better to avoid shifts) and the shifts should change in clockwise direction not anticlockwise direction, needs to follow sleep hygiene rules and the last you can try Melatonin 3mg and it to be taken 1 hour before bedtime. If the problem still persists, you need to consult me or any other sleep specialist.
