Thanks for your query..
Since the child has anaemia (low haemoglobin) for last 6 months which is not improving with treatment my advise is to get a detailed workup of the child which should include complete blood counts,RBC indices, peripheral blood smears,Hb electrophoresis, iron studies.Get your child clinically examined by a paediatrician for hepatosplenomegaly. This is a chronic disease process and a serious matter.Fever and cough could be due to an intercurrent infection which requires symptomatic management.
Again my advise is to properly investigate the cause of her illness as mentioned above.
Warm regards

Well after going through her reports your child seems to be suffering from a blood disorder called THALESSEMIA MAJOR.In this disease blood formation is defective in the body and child suffers from severe anaemia from early childhood which requires regular blood transfusions every 3 to 4 weeks to maintain an optimal hemoglobin levels and chelation therapy is required after blood transfusion.Bone marrow transplantation can cure the disease which is available in few higher centres.I suggest you to consult in a multispeciality hospital for her blood transfusions and further management.Right now the child is having infection and fever so get her 5 day antibiotic course with paracetamol.
Wishing for her speedy recovery
Warm regards
