Hi,
Does your child have productive cough or non productive cough ?
What time of the day does she have cough ?
Usually the child has common upper respirator tract infection in which you don't have to do any thing but they are less accompanied by fever.
Do you have any blood test report of your child ?
The common causes of repeated cough are asthma, lung infection like pneumonia, repeated viral infection.
Do she have any problem in breathing or any sounds while she deep breathes or any time when she has difficulty in breathing ?
Give plenty of fluids to your child for now and update me with further details so that i can tell you something.
Low haemoglobin level in blood will make her prone for repeated infections and should be corrected as soon as possible after knowing the cause about it or investigating the cause for it.
Please tell me about her blood tests

Hi,
Did your child have blood transfusion, the reports are suggestive that she is suffering from thallasemia and plus combination of iron as well as folic acid deficency anemia and she must be requiring regular transfusions for thallasemia.
There are thallsemia societies in every city and which help in donation and transfusions and she would also require iron therapy as she also has iron deficency anemia and she might fall ill regularly because of anemia as herr immunity may remain a little low.
She can be given vaccines for respiratory infections(life threatining illnesses),you may consult a padiatrician for that.
