I have had amenerhea after the pill and had not had a period since last April (9 months ago). My OB put me on progesterone to induce withdrawal bleed and is likely going to diagnose PCOS. She is supposed to call today but first labs showed a Fsh:lh of over 3:1 so it looks like PCOS. I am having a very painful withdrawal bleed on this progesterone. Started with right side pain, constant ache in pelvic region now, and pain during bowel movements/urination? Does this sound normal for a progesterone withdrawal bleed?

Hi, Small cyst rupturing does not cause pain usually and since you are better with nsaids, you don't need to do anything and may continue with nsaids. But haemorrhagic cyst are painful(extreme degree) and if your pain is not relieved by nsaids or you think pain is aggravating or it may be unbearable,it will be advisable to go for an ultrasound abdomen to rule out any kind of haemorrhage. Hi, main cause for the bleeding & tender gums is Bacterial Deposits on the tooth surface i.e. Plaque. Oral contraceptives can alter the response of Gums to the Plaque. My 2 1/2 year old son had the flu and took tamiflu. A week after his symptoms got better he gotta a fever again for 3 days. He developed a large blister on his lower right lp and sores in his mouth. His teeth are sore and he cant drink eat or swallow much. His gums are red and swollen and bleed if we try to brush his teeth or he eat anything hard or crunchy. The doctor gave us amoxicillin but didnt diagnose anything and his mouth is still red and swollen, 6th day. The blister on his lip did not turn in to a coldsore. Its like an ulcer now that it has popped.

hello sir/madam,....I had unprotected sex with my partner few days back...after 2-3 days of the act I started having red patch wid a small round white lesion(like ulcer) on my frenulum of penis and inner part of the prepuce....plus from the next day I started having pain in my floor of the mouth plus having bleeding while brushing my teeth(after brushing when I spit I see blood but cannot find the origin of the bleed...I have not got any blood test done...I am very worried whether its an STD or something more serious like cancer or HIV.....plus the female with whom I had sex also suffered from infection wid burning sensation and pain while urinating the next day and she took third generation cephalosporin tablet and placentrex gel for 3 days which relieved her symptoms....please suggest me what should I do....thanks in advance....

Hi my daughter who is 7 has blisters in her mouth and on her tongue on of the ones on her tongue has gone red and flat whilst the rest of her tongue has I white coating. Also her gums around her teeth look slightly swollen an bleed if pressed gently or when brushed . I took her to doctors yesterday an was told they olsers and to use bonjella. Over the weekend she was quiet an had a slight temperature but complained of being cold she has little apatite as it hurts is it possible she has scarlet fever an not mouth olsers. Ok, I believe I have read or am understanding from reading on the internet that 3 days after a right femur angiogram that it is possibly a subcuteneous hematoma. See 3 days after my angiogram my right testcle is very tender and sore and the area from the testicle to slighly lower the angiogram injection site. I have a little bruising on the lower part of my penis to the right part of the scrotum. Could this be a hematoma or just accidental damage due to the 30 min press they use after tge surgery to make aure the femur doesnt bleed? This evening i also got a tight constricting feeling on my left femur artery in my left thigh. I have been recently diagnoised with heart failure and no blockage, but with an ef of 12%. I'm a 45 year old male. I need to make a follow up appt anyway so i guess tomorrow I will do that and discuss my syptoms to my Cardiologist. Thanks Craig

43yo, no children (unexplained infertility), skin tags & internal haemorrhoid (open bowels each morning, occassionally 2 times per day), anaemic, 8-10 fibroids, enlarged, retroverted uterus/stomach, large left ovarian septated cyst, bleed 10-14 days with flooding on days 1/2 (change every 1.5-2hrs) & loss of blood clots - 3cm-10cm diameter, 2011 suffered with BV 3 times, last 2 months suffering with thrush on & off (especially after sex/foreplay, or last few days of menstruation). This morning I woke at 3:30am with a gush of fluid - Mostly clear fluid, odourless with 7cm odd size clot of blood. When I stood up, gush of blood & once on the toilet, largest clot loss I have experienced to date. I have now stopped bleeding, with only a blood stained, watery discharge when I wipe. Can you please provide your thoughts before I go to see a new Gyn. I am SICK of being 'sick'!!! I would LOVE to find a Doctor that can tell me SOMETHING useful.

Hi Dr, My name is chi am from Nigeria I have of abnormal bleeding in between my period I went to a doctor she told me I have fibroid &polyps, I try another one he say I doctor have fibroid or polyps but he described I drug for me CYCLACUR after taken it this month I have not see my period is 30days in stand of 28 days and I still bleed after stool since my day 20 till now is only when I stool. And am trying to under go Ivf by September 2015. Please Dr, what should I do .thanks

Do you mean to say that you bleed through the anal area while defaecating or do you mean that bleeding hapens via vaginal area during defaecating.Both these conditions are different.specify ...
