Hello. I am 29 years old from Australia and currently am in Tokyo. I had protected sex with a hooker a few nights ago and a hand job from one last night. I am overweight and chafe a lot when walking a lot but I have noticed itchy red lines have developed behind my knees on both sides. Red rashes are between my legs (but is usual for my chafing). Please note I have been walking around all day long in jeans in cold/warm weather so I am not sure if red is inflammation or the start of an STD? Please advise if you think I need to return home immediately for tests or if I am overreacting ? Thank you

Hi, Please tell about your diabetic status. Rashes between your legs, at the back of your knees,in armpits are common, as the area is usually moist and allergic. Rash is common at such a location, and you already told me that chaffing is common to you then it can be because of that only. Looking at your condition that you are unable to wear loose clothes all day long. try and wear loose cotton clothes at some part of the day so that your body can be exposed to fresh air . Try to keep you geni ...

My husband sperm count came as 0.1 million per ml. 0.3 million as total volume. The motality being 12% and they are showing sluggish progression. This was the first semen analysis and he is just 29. We are ver concerned about the report. Not sure if Ivf may help our case.

Hi, Your husband's total sperm count is less but still we need to calculate the semen volume which will be (sperm count*volume*motility). The normal count is over 20 million and around 10 million is needed to go for an an IVF . The mortality is not very high(in the sense of unable to see you pregnant) However there are many causes for low sperm count which at times can be easily treatable like a strong infection in your body. He might be taking some over the counter drugs specially some antifu ...

It can also be due to decrease in blood sugar if you are a diabetic or may be at times it could be stress induced. The other cause can be vestibular system related or some problems with your ear drums, then may be if you have continuous headache(migraine),some neurological problem or problem related to your eyesight or just simply weakness in your body. my daughter has been prescribed Serta 25 for a panic attack she had recently while in a boarding school. She is in the final year for IB boards and maybe undergoing stress in preparation for the forthcoming exams. she is a little highly-strung and sensitive girl. With reference to the black-out she had she said that there was no external stimuli ie. pressure of the exams to have caused this attack. I as a mother am not not very sure. Her doctor prescribed Serta 25 one a day in the morning and Sibelium 5 one a day at night for 30 days. I am concerned about the side effects of these medicines. Are they safe to take under the given circumstances.

Hi, As you told that your daughter had a panic attack, she had to be prescribed with drugs to calm her(at least for the acute phase and might be removed after one month and she might not even have an attack later in her life if she can stops taking stress, but this is to be seen later), dose will be decided only on the basis of her examination. Rest other symptoms also indicate that she had nervousness and was a anxid child and may be due to stress she might have had a panic attack. Now for the a ...
