I am feeling pain in the right knee joint. the pain is felt starting from lower back spine , then in right kneew joint, then in the muscles below the knee join and in the foot . Also on movement of the knee , bending or unfolding or folding, a sound like tuk is heard. I had an x-ray which is stating that possible loose calcific opacity in the joint. Please let me know is this is a serious problem, can this lead to arthritis or is this the start of the arthritis. Is there any permanenet treament to get rid of this and can this be permanently cured. I am very much worried about the problem, please help me on this. thanks.

My husband was recently diagnosed with a thoracic aortic dilation of 4.2 during a preop echocardiogram. Cat scan was also done. No evidence of dissection. He is having bilateral knee replacement on January 17. His cardiologist has cleared him for surgery for both knees. Should we be getting a second opinion. I should mention he is 67 years old, no evidence of heart blockages, no diabetes.

Hello, I had slipped disc surgery in the month of September. Before surgery I had sciatica pain in right buttock (acute pain) but after surgery I sometimes feel mild pain in left buttock. After a few months I noticed when I get up in the morning my back/ spineis a little tilted towards left side but once I do some back strecthing exercises the back/spine becomes straight. I underwent laminectomy for d12- l1 region because of a fall from second floor and its been 2 and half years now. I cannot stay in stting or standing position for more than 15 to 20 minutes at a strech. Now recently I`m getting pain as while I try to bend and rise. Hi, If the pain has been there continuously just after the procedure then you should have visited the hospital you got your treatment,that's fine you did not want to spend money but still at least you should have known what is the problem behind this.
