i am having a normal ecg and my echo test comes normal , but i am having a continuous chest pain . my endoscopy result specify me that i am having a antral gastritis. please let me know what can i do further

Hi, Antral gastritis common causes is Bacterial ( h pylori ). Then there are more infective cause which are a little less common (viral,tuberculosis) . Smoking,alcoholic,excessive drug intake might be other causes as well,or due to any foreign body intake. I have done ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis and the report i got is LIVER,GALL BLADDER, PANCREAS, SPLEEN and UNRIARY BLADDR is normal. But KIDNEY : Right kidney : 70*32mm Left kidney : 79*35mm Both kidneys are decreased in size. Renal parenchymal echo texture increased in bilateral kidneys. Cortical indentations noted in bilateral kidneys. No calculi or hydronephrosis in either kidney. PROSTATE :: Size : 37*30*35mm (Volume-20 cc) Increased in size. Median lobe of prostate is enlarged. Can u tell me is it very serious now or in future ?

Hi, Yes the report shows that your kidney size is reduced significantly and you need to get many tests before i can make any comment although rest all other things mentioned in the ultrasound are normal. But you will have to get your urine report like urine routine and microcscopy,kidney function test,glomerular filtration rate. Dear doctor please tell me about this report Single intrauterine gestational sac is seen. Foetal node is not yet evident. Thick decidua is seen. Mean gestational sac diameter 7mmm. No uterine space is occupying lesson is seen. Internal OS is closed. Both the ovaries are enlarged and show coarse echo texture. Multiple small cysts are seen at their periphery. Right overies measures 1.4cm(AP) x 5.3cm(LS) x 2.1cm (Tr) (volume = 7.7cc). Left overies measures 1.7cm(AP) x 5.5cm(LS) x 2.3cm (Tr) (volume = 10.7cc). There is no collection in the pouch of Douglas. Impression : Gestational sac age is 5 weeks approximately. ?Polycystic ovarian disease. Please tell me any problem in this report or any problem with pregnancy or delivery time

I am a doctor and 25 old...my BP was 160/90 mmhg in last year...at that time I was much anxious and I wad preparing my post graduation exam..my LDL was 122mg/dl rest other prolife were normal but my vitamin D and b12 was much low...lipoprotein a was slight elevated and s.homocystine was high...he started olmezest beta 20/25 and ecosprin av 150/20 and multivitamins for next 3 month...after 3 months I investigated all profile again and everything was normal..but pressure was 140/70mmhg...he told me to continue on olmezest beta 20/25 for 9-12 months... I am doing exercise regularly and my BP recording now around 130/80...but when I was on medication I was doing heavy exercise in gym with protein powder... After leaving gym I started to loose weight and heart beat much faster and heavier...now I feel like hyperdynaemic circulation and heavy beating heart and I am on olmezest beta 20/25 only...now what should I do further to stop this medication?before 3 years I do Holter and echo twice but it was normal

You have to do some lifestyle changes such as waight loss, decrease salt intake, quit ciggarettes and alcohol (in case if you use), do physical exersices (but don't do heavy exercises, and avoid protein powder) keep healthy, enoug sleep, healthy diet and relieve stress in your life.
