Hi, The foreskin on my penis is quite tight and I am not able to retract that easily. I am in a planning for marriage in next 2 - 3 months. So any resolution for the above problem? I have checked for options and came to know that Circumcision can be an option but worried about the process of removal of complete foreskin. I personally feel that foreskin is a very sensitive part of penis comprised of vital sex nerves, which helps to release sensual felling during masturbation/sexual activity but as the part of process to circumcision surgery, the foreskin need to be cut away so, worried that, without foreskin how I can get sexual sensation in future or during foreplay? How penis reacts after removal of foreskin for sexual activities? Is it true circumcision surgery really reduces some level sexual sensitivity from penis? Please help me on above queries. Hi, Usually tight fore skin indicates that you either had phimosis or infection or scarring of your fore skin,which has to be removed now. It is a controversial topic and there is no confirmatory study,however all the studies done till now have indicated that sensation don't reduce or make no difference and that is what I have noticed too. Hi, Yes you can get pregnant by a very less amount of penile secretion also which many people don't even notice the secretions are so less.Even if penis is not fully inserted and only tip is there inside the vagina even then you can get pregnant and you did mention about some secretion coming out of penis which he cleaned in the end so you can't take a risk and it is good that you have taken an emergency contraceptive,i hope with in 72 hours. I have been taking Oxirute CD tablets one in the morning and one in the evening daily for almost 20 days. Can this tablet be taken for a very long time. Does it have any side effects. I am suffering from cronic fissures and movement my tools become hard I get severe pains, burning. I consume alcohol every night before dinner. Please advice how to get rid of Fissures permnently. Hi, I think you did spell the drug correctly,it should have been oxerute cd. The drug should not be taken for than 2 weeks or may be you have already taken it for 20 days so now you should stop taking it any further. For a few months now, I am having difficulty during intercourse. Reason being which, the foreskin of my penis is not peeling back during unprotected sex. The tip of the fore skin is getting cut. A few months back, I remember my wife having the same issue in her privates which disappeared by itself. I have tried the "Candid" cream & used coconut oil. Still same issue. my problem is related to glan penis(head). my penis is cut(circumcised. i can see wrinkles on my glans penis and due to this it's look odd and dark in normal stage. i am fair but the colour of penis is black. thas fine. but not sure why the glan penis is wrinkled and looking odd, dull black colour. Hi again, I got your response through support. No I would not recommend Hydrocortisone cream since I don't see any inflammation at all on your genitalia.
