It seems you are having a soft tissue injury to your back area which may include muscles etc. Get some x ray done to rule out any minor fractures. Rest for few days. Apply hot packs and local pain killer gels and tablets for few days. When pain gets decreased start back strengthening exercises. You will be fit in 1 - 2 weeks.

This will resolve maximally with in 4-6 weeks. May be minor fracture of tail bone or soft tissue contusion.
