hi subhro
u might have developed a communication between mouth and nose after removal of tooth that is known as oroantral fistula. u should consult a dentist as early as possible.
this may heal itself ; if small
otherwise surgical closure is required for bigger fistula
all the best

was the extraction difficult. Consult a oral surgeon at the earliest, else you may develop severe sinus infection.

Dental extraction lead to sinus opening if tooth is very near to sinus. Do contact the same dentist as soon as possible or consult any oral surgeon for the same. If small it will heal itself but it may cause chronic sinus infection .

Water coming from the nose after an extraction is clearly a sign of a hole / passage through the extraction wound and the sinus . This needs to be checked immediately for the size ,location, presence of infection ?,and needs treatment ASAP .
Please consult the dentist who extracted the tooth and he will close the gap surgically to prevent further complications .

From what i can relate to, it seems to be a case of an oral antral fistula. When the roots of the tooth being extracted are in close approximation of the maxillary sinus, sometimes during extraction, there can be an opening which needs to be closed.Kindly consult a Maxillofacial Dental Surgeon, who specializes in performing these kind of surgical procedures. Good luck to you ..

Contact your dentist as soon as possible.. this is an indication of oro-antral communication.. doctor will give you the necessary instructions after clinical examination.

Dear Subhro,
I think after the extraction procedure there has formed a communication between the oral cavity and nasal process which will occur in some cases. This has to ruled out by few investigations after which the treatment lies according to the diagnosis.
