I am feeling pain in the right knee joint. the pain is felt starting from lower back spine , then in right kneew joint, then in the muscles below the knee join and in the foot .
Also on movement of the knee , bending or unfolding or folding, a sound like tuk is heard.
I had an x-ray which is stating that possible loose calcific opacity in the joint.
Please let me know is this is a serious problem, can this lead to arthritis or is this the start of the arthritis.
Is there any permanenet treament to get rid of this and can this be permanently cured.
I am very much worried about the problem, please help me on this.
thanks.

Please Get X ray or MRI of your Lower Back !! will have to clear whether the pain arising is from back and referred to knee and foot, or is solely knee joint pain. when you hear sound like tuk while folding or unfolding ie bending and straightening your knees, that means your popliteus muscle ie behind the knee joint is weak and complete load is taken by the meniscus or ligament supporting the knee. i would advise you 3 things, get mri scan for lower back, strengthen the muscle and ligament of y ... Hi, I am really stressed and don't want to self diagnos and go crazy, but I have had this (pimple, ulcer, follicule infection or chancre on the side of the shaft of my penis. I don't know which one it is. I don't have medical but I am signing up on Tuesday for state medical..... The story is it appear maybe a week after a day and a half masterbation marathon I am embarrassed to say I had. It started as just a burning sensation on the side like I ripped the skin which I have done before. So I just didnt touch it. That was on a Sunday then Monday Xmas I tried to have sex with my lady and I couldn't cause of the pain and burning sensation on the skin. We started and stopped. 3 days after that in the same burning area 1 pimple formed with maybe 2 smaller ones. Very small ones... I I tried to masterbate again and it seemed as if it irritated the area and another one grew. They got to an ok size and where kind of painful. Then they grew and seemed to bust and started to go down. They look some like a chancre or a lesion when it was going down. They itch a little bit I guess that's from healing but I am freaked out. I had unprotected sex with another woman maybe a month before the night I began the marathon. I have pics please help.

My wife had a HSG Test done w/ x-rays 4 days ago. Last night she was complaining about a sharp pain in the lower left quadrant of her lower abdomen. She said it was very painful and was not going away or becoming less intense. By the time for today came, she was complaining about the pain, it being 5/5 at times. She described this pain as a sharp stabbing constant pain. However, now the pain is radiating around the lower left of her abdomen to her lower left back. The area is very tender and the pain spikes even when slightly pushed on in both the areas, abdomen and lower back. Is this a common side-effect of having the HSG Test? Especially if both of her tubes are blocked and she has been diagnosed with Endometriosis. Please help me figure this out so I know whether or not she needs to be seen at a hospital.
Doctor's Answer
Hi,
By telling that she also has fever, one thing is confirmed that she has an infection. Now if she has problem in her micturition too then either the infection is in her urinary tract or the pelvis which will have to be seen first and then an antibiotic can be started. So you have to consult your doctor now.
Feel free to ask further question. ... Read Full Answer

Hi!!
The pain after getting an HSG test done, will not come after 4-5 days as you have described, rather this pain is probably due to other causes.
Pain due to endometriosis is present more just before the onset of menses and during menses.
Kindly review with your nearest hospital about the cause of the pain which may be due to renal colic ,ureteric colic, etc ... Read Full Answer

Doctor's Answer
Dear Patient, Please immediately check for diabetes, routine Blood and Urine at the start. This is to rule out Diabetes. Press your thumb on the swelling part at the ankles for a while and observe if the tissues regain their original shape immediately or return after sometime which indicates retention of water in the body. Please get a medical detailed profile for a proper diagnoses. This appears to be a systemic condition rather than dental who will take care of a bad tooth later ... Read Full Answer
