Newborn vulva darkened. Is this normal? She just turned 1 month yesterday.

She does'nt get comfort at school. She does'nt speak in school and does'nt get mixup with school friends. She likes dance but at home. She plays with her home friends outside house. She drinks very little water.She gets panic in social programmes. She get shy eating in social programmes and also school.

MY HISTORY AND TESTS DONE EARLIER – History of acidity, constipation and digestion. 9th July 2012 - Haemoglobin electrophoresis suggestive of Homozygous Haemoglobin E disease. 16th October 2012 - Ultrasound of liver – Fatty Liver 18th October 2012 – Liver function test – All values are normal 18th October 2012 – Pulmonary test – Normal spirometery 18th October 2012 – Complete Haemoglobin – Haemoglobin 12.5 gm/dl, WBC – normal in number and morphology, RBC – Anicocytosis with microcytic hypochromic erythrocytes, mild polychromasia, elliptocytes and taget cells, platelets- adequate Please let me know is it very serious and also let me know some medicines and diet... again i am sharing the details for clearity,which i already mentioned in previous question. my gf has perioed on 5th July and ended on 9th july ,on 10th july i just touched her down and then my penis has touched her vagina only for 4-5 second,nothing else has beed done.since my precum has touched her vagina .for safety next day 11th july she has taken ipill, on 16th she got vaginal bleeding and it ended on 19th,it was darkish.on 22nd now she is feeling itching sensation on the outerpart of her vagina no pain,no discharge,no problem in urine ,nothing inside,on the outer part only it has and its still there.please tell me is it a effect of ipill and any cream or anything which she can use to stop it. she dsnt feel this itching inside atol it jus around the vagina and while urine passing also no problem.please suggest what can be done and is the chance of pregancy now.please suggest some ointment for this itching,if its normal how long it will be.

I just turned 57 yrs old. I had periods until Sept 2012 with spotting each month through Dec 2012 then nothing until October 2013, had a light period that lasted about a week, cramps, tender breasts etc. Had spotting this month Nov 2013 also with tender breasts. Had hot flashes while I wasn't having periods but those went away since I started having periods again. I also was having huge amounts of cervical mucous that strands all the way into the toilet at times. I was checked a couple years ago and the Dr noted the large amount of clear mucous but no ideas. The huge amount of mucous is back. Is this normal? I know I'm a late peri-menopause. I do carry too much belly fat and was wondering if I might have PCOS or something? Any certain tests that should be done?
