What are the tests which I have to undergo regularly in order to remain informed about the functioning of the kidneys?

Hi,
Yes microalbuminuria can be kept under control with the help of drugs or may be dialysis or kidney transplant.
If you can't afford kidney transplant or dialysis at a private centre, then you may continue with drugs for tretament.
The treatment would depend upon the cause of chronic kidney failure, the medicines will have to be continued for life long.
Although you did not ask but i can tell you that there are dialysis centres which are run by goverment and they do it a very nominal cost.
The treatment would depend upon the cause of kidney dysfunction/failure.
You can do kidney function tests like urea, creatinine and also can monitor urine output to look at your kidney functions.
Although one report ca't be relied tottaly but your reports are more than normal but not very high values.
