Mam my wife last period came on 12th april2013. I have intercourse this month very much to conceieve baby.now today 23 may it has no period.in the past her period is very regular 28to 30 days.pregnency test on 15th may and19th may came negative.what should do.we are in trouble what to do.

Hi!!
If the urine pregnancy test is negative,by the home kit and your wife has still not had her period,kindly go for a serum beta hcg test.This test is extremely sensitive and checks in the blood the same hormone of pregnancy that the urine test is checking and is 100% accurate.
The test can be done in any standard laboratory and no need for fasting sample .Sample can be given any time of the day.
If less than 5 it means that pregnancy is negative,if more than 5 indicates positive pregnancy test.

If prebnency test came positive.can my wife start endogest tabelet to support progesteron, because it prevent misscariage,if wife have normal progesteron,then endogest will give side effect because we have conceive after very trouble.we do not miss baby plz help us

Hi!!
You can start tab endogest only if pregnancy test shows a healthy pregnancy and the location of the pregnancy is in the uterus( which can be visualised by ultrasound).
It is all the more important for you to confirm pregnancy by the test as I advised earlier

mam pregnency is confirmed by hptk. now i consult to dr. she prescribe proluton depot 500 mg injection in every 15th days. now pls docter advise,i read on google that this injection should take weekly.plz advise and tell ay good iron tabelet

My wife had a HSG Test done w/ x-rays 4 days ago. Last night she was complaining about a sharp pain in the lower left quadrant of her lower abdomen. She said it was very painful and was not going away or becoming less intense. By the time for today came, she was complaining about the pain, it being 5/5 at times. She described this pain as a sharp stabbing constant pain. However, now the pain is radiating around the lower left of her abdomen to her lower left back. The area is very tender and the pain spikes even when slightly pushed on in both the areas, abdomen and lower back. Is this a common side-effect of having the HSG Test? Especially if both of her tubes are blocked and she has been diagnosed with Endometriosis. Please help me figure this out so I know whether or not she needs to be seen at a hospital.

Hi, By telling that she also has fever,one thing is confirmed that she has an infection. Now if she has problem in her micturition too then either the infection is in her urinary tract or the pelvis which will have to be seen first and then an antibiotic can be started. Hi!! The pain after getting an HSG test done,will not come after 4-5 days as you have described,rather this pain is probably due to other causes. Pain due to endometriosis is present more just before the onset of menses and during menses. GERD. It has been on and off since 2008. The condition worsened last month in Jan 2013 and I could hardly swallow any solid food. It just gets stuck in the throat and feel like I am choking till I push the food down with water. Liquids and semi solid foods are ok. The doctors did Nasal Endoscopy, Normal Gastro Endoscopy, Esopheagal Manometry, Barium Swallow X-Ray and all tests came up normal. I was told the swallowing problem is primarily related to GERD and I was advised Cintapro 1 mg tablet for 1 month. So far as I take the tablet, I am able to take in selected solid foods fine, but not all foods. If I do not take this tablet for one day, the problem recurrs back. Question 1: How long will this motility disorder be related to GERD ? Question 2: Are there any side effects of taking this Cintapro 1 mg to help in motility on a long term basis (Say if I need to take this for some more time) Questionj 3: Are there any other tests that will show the proper reason for this motility disorder of the esophaegus (Apart from Esopheagal Manometry, Gastro Endoscopy, Barium Swallow X-Ray) etc.

GERD will persist but the effect can be decreased by life style modification like good brisk walk for 40 mins, avoiding fat, consuming more curd and buttermilk rather than milk and keeping a gap of 2 hrs between food and sleep. my g.f is 26 yr old,her periods comes on 5th date ,after sex at 3 rd feb ,she take a tablet of unwanted 72 then check home pregnency test it is negative and after 1month and 10 days there is no any symptomps of pregnency and home pregnency result will also be negative bt there is problem her periods had not come after 1month and 10 days..?,my g.f consult a gyno-bt without any checkup she gives a dose of mifepristone and mesoprostal ..after taken these medicine periods has not come...what can we do?

Hi, There were a certain points which were a little unclear,how many times was urine pregnancy test negative and when. After how many days was it done importantly and when was it done last(date of urine pregnancy test). If urine pregnancy test is negative then there is no point why any gynaec would prescribe you mifepristone.
