My 6 years old daughter has developed vomiting since last night . She had taken home made food only. She is not able to eat anything and vomiting out even water.There is no loose motions or fever.Otherwise she is active.There is similar history one month back. Kindly help.

Hi there, Thanks for your request. Your daughter seems to have gastritis.First give her anti-emetic like domperidone and for half an hour and then give some oral fluids. If she accepts then give her food. If she vomits out this tablet then take her to the nearest health facility for injectable anti-emetic treatment. i have scabies since a month, and used permethirin 2 times in 7 days difference with the doctor support, i felt relief day before yesterday but today i have more tiny bumps on my back they all are new.. what to do ? should i sit in sunlight ? i m already using neem oil 3times a day, with votex oral treatment.

Continuing where it leaves off: Tab Ivermectin (Stromectol) 12 mg (if body wt>60 kgs), 9 mg (if body wt<60 kgs) - taken once now and once 7 days later (take on empty stomach). This is not essential but increases cure rates. Your doctor would need to prescribe it for you. SUFFERING FROM LOOSE MOTIONS SINCE LAST EVENING , CONTINUOUS PAIN IN ABDOMEN, MOTION GREEN COLOURED, PAIN MORE SEVERE WHEN FEEL MOTION. HAD UFLOX OX IN THE NIGHT. NOW AFTER 14 HRS LOOSE MOTION FREQUENCY REDUCED BUT STILL GREEN . NO PAIN SINCE NIGHT (3 HRS AFTER UFLOX OZ). ALSO HAD 99.4 FEVER IN THE NIGHT -HAD ONE CROCIN . I want you to please guide me that which suppliment I should take. Actually I want myself to look healthy bcz I have a slim look. I want that type of suppliment that really gives me the best output. you should take your supplements post workout. start with a mass gainer (other than endura, you can take any eg: by muscletech, QNT, ultimate nutrition are the better ones). if you can not able to take the entire quantity of scoop size mention at one time, you can take half ofthe quantity mentioned twice. you need to brush your teeth twice daily and maintain very good oral hygiene. plus definitely quit smoking. It is also advisable to take antifungal tablets for around a month. nystatin is a good drug for oral thrush.
