Hi,
Itching in Scabies can last for 2-4 weeks even after successful treatment. During this time it is sufficient to just take an oral antihistamine like Tablet Loratadine or Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice a day. Both of these are usually available over the counter without a prescription. Neem oil is ineffective for Scabies. I am not sure what Votex oral treatment is (have googled it as well but there is no info on it)
Regarding what constitutes effective treatment for Scabies, here is what is required:
5% Permethrin cream to be applied all over the body barring the face and scalp once now and once 7 days after the first application. The cream must be left on the body for 12 hours and then washed off.
Tab Loratadine 10 mg twice a day or Benadryl 25 mg three times a day for 14-28 days.
Wash all the clothes and linen in boiling water or the hot cycle of the washing machine.
Tab Ivermectin 12 mg (if body wt>60 kgs), 9 mg (if body wt

Sorry looks like the answer did not post in its entirety. Continuing where it leaves off:
Tab Ivermectin (Stromectol) 12 mg (if body wt>60 kgs), 9 mg (if body wt<60 kgs) - taken once now and once 7 days later (take on empty stomach). This is not essential but increases cure rates. Your doctor would need to prescribe it for you.
All the people living with you must also be treated with permethrin as advised above even if they are asymptomatic, as usually everyone in the family is affected but only one or two people develop itching. This is very important. Not doing this is the most common cause of treatment failure in scabies.
So to summarize - please check if you have been adequately treated for scabies in accordance with the information I have provided. If not then you need to be re-treated as advised.
Please feel free to ask if you have any queries.
