i used triben ad shampoo more than 6months, i use this shampoo weekly 2 days. whenever i took head bath i can see there were lots of hair in my hand. i guess 30-50 hairs. please suggest me

Sir i am suffering from knee sweeling in my rt knee for 6 month,two times i hv removed water(aspiration) from it bt never found relief.some time it decrease and some time increase.all tests x rays,crp,esr are normal not yet i found any relief.4 years ago same problem were in my lft knee and dr. Removed 2 pieces(tissue) from lft knee which were found normal(non specific),till one month after surgery i couldn't bent knee even a little bit,i took physiotherapy by wax and till 9 months i could bent it onle 80% after 1.5 or 2 year i could bent it properly 100 bt with pain,still there is pain when i bent it proper,and also swelling in rt knee.Dr.'s Of hospital in which i get surgery 4 yrs ago said that same surgery will pass in rt knee,bt i am afraid because still there is pain in my lft knee,if i pass again surgery in rt knee i will face same problem of pain in my rt knee,please advice me sir if there another way to get treated without surgery like med. Or i should get treated by surgery,i am just 23 yr old boy,still there is whole life for me to live please help me.

I can feel a pulse in the left side of my head and it hurts. Since last week, when I reached orgasm as I masturbated, I was able to feel a pulse in my head. I have an itchy scalp, dandruff and experience pain in my hair roots. After meeting a skin doctor I have been using an overnight lotion twice a week, shampoo and multivitamin tablets prescribed by her since last ten days. Right now I have developed some swellings in the back of my head on the right side behind my ear on the hairline. It is extremely itchy around that area since last three days. This seems to be a recurring symptom and it appeared during summer season in the last two years also. Sometimes I get headaches that takes place on the right side of my face and head, and last for 24 hrs. I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis two years ago. I went to the Dentist but they don't no from were the smell is coming from. this was happening for THREE years now .the small comes when i am talking and it comes all the time 24: 7 people from far away can smell it smells like WHAT I EAT. Hi.. Im 24 yr old male. i have an habit of masturbation. i think in my school 8th class i did masturbation first time. After a year it became a habit for me. iâ€™m very much ashamed of having this habit. After doing masturbation, I hate myself that I cant control it. I think to control doing next time, but finally again I do it. From that time to till now I cant stop this habit. So more or less I masturbate twice a week anyway and in rare cases thrice a week.
