PAST HISTORY : Only condition I have is that I get wheezing when I am exposed to dusty environments. I take seroflo inhaler as a relief when that happens.

Hi,
It can be normal, however it might be just due to anxiety which might go off just in a day or two,but it can have variety of causes.
You might get your blood pressure checked( you did not mention about your blood pressure)
What about your eyesight ?
It could be due to ear problems. Do you have any ear fullness ? or
May be do you have vertigo ?
At the end if nothing feels normal then you may get an MRI done but that is at very late stage.
If you are stressed up, try reducing stress levels, blood pressure and if any local problem kindly show it to the specialist
Just have plenty of water. If your asthma aggravates to much,it might also lead to this due to difficulty in breathing.

Thank you for the reply, My eyesight is as usual, nothing feels strange. So too the ears. I don't have vertigo issues. I just feel strain in my neck and shoulder muscles. Suppose it is a migraine, would that damage by brain and cognitive skills?

Hi,
No , migraine does not damage your brain or cognitive skills.
You might go for having an nsaids for your pain in neck,a muscle relaxant and can also use a collar for that pain.
If it increases a lot,you may visit an orthopaedician.
