If u have cavity problem , you need to visit your dentist for removal of caries and go for permanent fillings.....toothpaste is not the solution...

An IOPA x-ray will help a dentist to identify a superficial or deep decay in a particular tooth. Adv., cleaning and artificial enamel filling for superficial decay. Single sitting, advance procedures can be done with laser. Cap can be fixed without a root canal treatment after vitality testing. If the decay is deep then adv Root canal treatment

Toothpaste is advised mainly for teeth sensitivity and not for cavity. Get fillings done before the cavity becomes deeper. RCT & Crown (Cap) will have to be done if cavity reaches the nerve inside the tooth. Earlier you get it treated the cheaper its going to be so ....
