Should I see a doctor or treat this at home?

Hi,
The holes should close down and talking about the infections they spread(very rare that it will be loculated) and the infections have to be controlled even if they are superficial today and will involve the deeper tissue.
You should see a doctor for this (cause of risk of spreading to deeper tissue),and it is common to see that many females might not get an issue after endometriosis. Then usually they are prescribed hormonal treatment but the cause needs to be investigated(why are you not getting pregnant)
Feel free to ask more questions

Thanks, my husband and I had a full work up by a reproductive endocronologist when I was 29 after the surgery, he looked at the video and said the endo was minimal and he couldnt find any reason that we couldn't conceive. It was suggested by my obgyn to take birth control to help with the endo but that won't help when we are trying to conceive. I will see my obgyn about the infection.

Hi,
You should get in touch with your obg/gyn and you should be able to conceive,as you have not mentioned about any reason which says that you will not be able to conceive.
