in how many minimum days these values can be controlledd to their normel values.....i ma taking tab udiliv and liv-52 syrup since last one week......can the size of the lever be reduced to normal size.....if yes then in how many minimum days

As you told me that your liver is enlarged by about 3.3cm (which reflects that you have hepatomegaly) but the report must also be displaying nature of increase in size of liver whether liver is fatty,or nodular,or if it is some thing else.
Control depends upon the cause of the disease. Measures like abstinence from alcohol and strict caloric intake are the best measures to control the size of liver. Regarding all other test values, it would show a definitive control within 2 weeks if you follow a proper regime.
Now I would like to ask you a few questions for ruling out the cause of the disease -
1. Are you an alcoholic ?
2. Are you suffering from fever ?
3. Any symptoms of jaundice(yellow eyes,yellow urine) ?
4. Are you loosing weight ?
5. Have you had a blood transfusion ?
6. Have you had an unprotected intercourse with anybody ?
7. Diabetes/obesity history
These questions will help in further investigation of the case.

Hi,
Most probably you are suffering from fatty liver changes. Discontinuing drinking alcohol or cutting way back potentially can allow your liver to return to normal but it will take atleast 4 weeks.
However , many people who suffer from enlarged liver don't drink too much,
and need to look for diet low in what's called high glycaemic index. You should focus your diets around fresh, preferably raw fruits and vegetables, along with home made juices, and to purge your diets of all simple carbohydrates,
including pasta, bread, pastries and desserts with sugar and flour. Start a work out program for atleast 30 minutes per day.
Certain prescribed medications can also gradually damage the liver, if you are taking any drug then speak to your doctor for alternative medication. There isn't a specific drug to treat fatty liver. However, taking a medication to reduce your cholesterol and triglycerides (blood fat) can help correct a fatty liver. Possible options include statins, niacin and natural supplements like omega-3.
Follow thee measures and get usg done after 3-4 weeks.
Feel free to ask any other question.
