Hi,
If you have something coming out of anus,then you will have constipation and constipation can't be treated without treating your problem.
Do you have active bleeding when you pass stools ?
Well it can't be said without examining you what is it,but could be a polyp or may be hemorrhoids.
You will have to get that examined and that to urgently,it is not life threatening but still can be troublesome and distressing. and should be dealt with as soon as possible.
You should have laxatives(as prescribed),high fiber diet, and plenty of fluids but you will face this problem till you don't get treated.

no i dont have any bleeding.. and also dont have hard stool.. eventually i pass very loose type stool.. small in size.. but only problem is that can't empty completely,... some thing got stuck at my anus.. so what type of examination i should do??/ last year have done the barium colon test... and the report were normal.. i had used so many of laxatives... i drinks lots of water.. around 10 lts in a day.. in morning only i drink 2 liters... and gets a good pressure for bowel movement.. but didnt get empty.. every time i eat some thing i feel urge to pass stool.. but when i went to toilet nothing happens.... i feel so irritating....

Hi,
you intially mentioned that some thing coming out of anus so i thought that there is some part of body may be skin tag or some thing coming out of anus so i told your at least per rectal examination becomes very necessary may be with ct-scan abdomen.
What comes out of anus any skin tag or any discharge please tell clearly ?
There are many people with resistant constipation so and they take years for improving it.
Although we can get endoscopy to look if there is any gastric ulcer
Rest have following advices
1)have plenty of water
2)have plenty of vegetables specially vegetables with with a lot of fiber
3)have plenty of fresh fruits
4)avoid spicy food
5)avoid alcohol
6)avoid smoke
7)have good amount of milk and curd
8)do plenty of walking after at least dinner
9)do early morning regular excercise
10)don't have late dinners
11)don't take stress
