Hi,

Acne occur because of excessive oily skin which occur due to hormonal change in your body.

Now for treating acnes there are some natural methods
1) Wash your face twice daily with acne soap(containing sulphur)
2) Keep your hair off your face(dandruff can cause it)
3) Have multivitamins
4) Have diet rich in vitamin a
5) Avoid make up
6) Never squeze your black heads
7) Change your pillow cover daily
8) Avoid high glycemic index foods(cheese)
9) If you have dandruff then you may use anti dandruff shampoo like nizral this will help you.
Recommended medical treatment
1) Acne lotions(containng benzoyl peroxide,sulfur,salicylic acid),this is a over the counter drug
2)Ibuprofen as an anti-inflammatory for moderate to severe acne
3)Antibiotic also can be prescribed for severe acne
4)Tretinoin may be oral or topical can be prescribed by a doctor (dermatologist)

Now you told me that you got a parlor treatment and it is giving burning sensation to you,they must have used benzoyl peroxide cream which gives a little burning sensation but if the burning is to much or if you have any signs of allergy like redness or swelling over your body then you may consult a dermatologist.

My gums have been bleeding on my lower front four teeth for the past couple of days. Now I have started using listerine, it seemed to be working but now I have white soft scabs appearing where the gums were bleeding. I thought it was bacteria but every time I clean them off the gums it starts bleeding again. Any advice on what I should do?

Sir i am suffering from knee sweeling in my rt knee for 6 month,two times i hv removed water(aspiration) from it bt never found relief.some time it decrease and some time increase.all tests x rays,crp,esr are normal not yet i found any relief.4 years ago same problem were in my lft knee and dr. Removed 2 pieces(tissue) from lft knee which were found normal(non specific),till one month after surgery i couldn't bent knee even a little bit,i took physiotherapy by wax and till 9 months i could bent it onle 80% after 1.5 or 2 year i could bent it properly 100 bt with pain,still there is pain when i bent it proper,and also swelling in rt knee.Dr.'s Of hospital in which i get surgery 4 yrs ago said that same surgery will pass in rt knee,bt i am afraid because still there is pain in my lft knee,if i pass again surgery in rt knee i will face same problem of pain in my rt knee,please advice me sir if there another way to get treated without surgery like med. Or i should get treated by surgery,i am just 23 yr old boy,still there is whole life for me to live please help me.

i eat guthka for last 10 years . i tried to clean my teeth with salt and baking soda also nd used it for 6 months at least but no effect. Even i took treatment from the Dentist for two time he cleaned my teeth but no effect. I cant spent much so please tell me how can i get my teeth clean

Have you stopped the habit? then no salt, baking soda or any toothpastes will help you. Stop the habit and maintain proper dental hygiene, brushing in the morning and before sleep with any toothpaste will take care of the stains ...
