well, there is a fair chance that you have ruptured your calf muscle and you need to go to an orthopaedic surgeon who can see you clinically and can confirm it with a soft tissue usg by a relaible and experienced sonologist.
may be you need an Xray as well to rule out fibular fracture.

From the complaints you had explained i would first like to consider your age and osteoporosis. I advice you to visit your local orthoaedician and get an x-ray of leg to rule out any injury to bone. Some time it could be injury to the soft tissue around the bone giving pain down to the ankle.
