You need to seek a dentist soon. Such trauma cases are better taken care of by dentist rather online. By the pic all I can say is that you need surgical removal of the grown gums and your gums will grow again in the area.

hi 1st of all ur pic is not so clear so say exact things still i think the white portion is part of gum that has got lacerated/ cut and came down after separation. ur upperlip is also swalloon and adjacent gums condition also not good. i cant say anything about tooth condition.
i ll suggest u to visit a dentist asap for....
1 removal necrotizing gum part.
2 check for tooth or bony fractures
if so u need immediate intervention.

Please visit your nearby Dentist at the earliest. Cannot exactly diagnose from the pic. Need proper history of trauma and clinical evaluation. After you visit your Dentist, do keep us updated on your condition and the advised treatment.

or if you are in delhi call and come in anytime,it will heal up-will just take some medicines and time
