Hi,
Fatty liver is usually indicative of excess cholesterol. However that is a relative term and many a times person is not even fat even then also it can be there(in some people it can be just due to alcohol). It is not a very serious condition right now, however it can become serious if you fall ill during this period specially with a disease affecting your liver because your liver cells will be easily damagable right now and so they can affect you. So you will have to follow a set of instructions given in the end.
Gall bladder can be contracted normally if you got your usg just after you ate your food. However it should be fine once you get a usg done after around eight hours you ate your food. Otherwise it might also be contracted in condition of gall stones and chronic cholecystitis(stones you di not mention, chronic cholecystitis would have varying symptoms and also thickened gall bladder wall which also you don't have)
Rest everything you mentioned seems to be normal. Following instructions need to be followed 1)abstinence from alcohol (as less as possible) 2)reduce your cholesterol intake(oil, butter) 3) regular excercise 4)avoid high glcemic index food(potato) 5)Increase the amount of vegetables both cooked and raw 6)drink plenty of water7)avoid frozen and deep fried stuff from market, these steps are enough to help you right now.
