Hi,
Most probably you are suffering from fatty liver changes. Discontinuing drinking alcohol or cutting way back potentially can allow your liver to return to normal but it will take atleast 4 weeks.
However , many people who suffer from enlarged liver don't drink too much,
and need to look for diet low in what's called high glycaemic index. You should focus your diets around fresh, preferably raw fruits and vegetables, along with home made juices, and to purge your diets of all simple carboh ... Read Full Answer

Doctor's Answer
Hi,
Since you are a known diabetic, few changes which have to be brought in are lifestyle modifications. If you have already not changed them or if you are not serious about them because they are the only steps which would help you the most. Drugs just bring down sugar for a few hours and then would raise back again and your body can become slowly resistant to the same drug dose so first you will have to bring lifestyle modification(changes) in yourself.

Doctor's Answer
Hi,
Liver calcification is usually nothing serious and can be due to necrosis because of drugs ,because of old infection or injury and can also be sign of excessive alcohol intake, you may be advised for a ct scan depending on your other examination findings.
Now for your kidney stone, I hope the size you mentioned is in mm and not cm and i would recommend any stone larger than 7mm to be removed surgically.
Kindly mention the location of stone and whether there are any other findings like hydron ... Read Full Answer

Doctor's Answer
Hi,
Your raised ggt is simply because of alcohol, and should not be of a problem if your other tests are all fine and within normal range.Just try and reduce your alcohol.
Sleep deprivation is a big problem and i think all the steps must have already been taken by you but still let you know again.
Kindly follow the following steps
1)Avoid excessive stress
2)Don't lie in bed for long in morning, even if you have to force yourself do that and this will help in resheduling your schedule.
