Hi,
What kind of treatment you have been taking for this,if you have already tried medical treatment and it has failed then surgery remains the option of choice.
Are you having any infection over penis repeatedly ?
Are you a diabetic ?
Medical treatment includes topical creams, steroidal and non steroidal, applied to the prepuce.
Gradual stretching of the opening of the prepuce to widen it.
Surgery like circumcision is preformed, after inflammation clears off.
There are more options also to surgeries.
Please mention about treatment what all you have taken

Hi,
If you have not tried the medical treatment, then first you should try medical treatment first, application of topical steroid cream, such as betamethasone, for 4–6 weeks to the narrow part of the foreskin.
Betamethasone cream 0.05% should be applied to the exterior and interior of the tip of the foreskin 2-3 times daily, but if it does not work even after 4 weeks then consult a genral surgeon.
You can directly also meet a genral surgeon or any doctor near your house.
Keep doing the gradual stretching along with medical management and you will be fine, and pay attention to your cleanliness of perineal area so that you don't get repeated infection on your penis because that will worsen the situation.

Hi,
Medical treatment is good enough for 70-80 percent of people and they work good, and if it does not work then yes there are surgical treatments which are absolutely normal and they basically don't have side effects but then it depends from person to person and they are fine for your future married life don't worry.
