Hi,
Natural methods to reduce blood sugar levels -
1) Change in diet
a) Stop direct sugar (sweet fruits,jaggery,honey,grapes ,dates,banana)
b) Take small meals frequently than large meals
c) Reduce total calorie intake,and the best method is to monitor the level of calories required by you and amount of calorie you have in your diet
d) Avoid food with high glycemic index (sweet potato,beetroot,corn flakes
e) Take high fiber diet
f) Avoid fast food
2) Try and reduce your weight if you are an obese
3) Reduce mental stress level,yoga might help you
4) Keep positive attitude
Oils containing omega 3 fatty acids, alpha lipoic acids and vinegar is also said to help . Neem and karela also helps in reducing blood sugar levels.

i heard that the use of dried cranberries can reduce the blood glucose level. Is it right...?

Hi,
However I am not sure about it but yes it is high in flavonoids, anthocyanin and other phytochemical so it might help in regulating the blood glucose levels because of it high antioxidant property.
