Hello sir I am 22yr old,am single girl.my breast size is 34dd. My body is very thin but my breast is too large that is i feel embarrassing. Please suggest me how do reduce my breast.should I go for breast surgery or may I go for breast reduce cream,pills Please tell me what is the best suitable way out of them and also tell me it's side effects to body.

i have white patches on ma body on different parts. i got the first 1 on my left nipple,then on right nipple too before 5 years,then under the right underarm, at that time it spreaded rapidly,but now the growth is less then that time but now i got 1 patch near my vagina too.i had done many treatments but never continued any of them more than 6 months. now i am having an ayurvedic treatment from last 2 days,i am a very young girl with a depressed mind. i used to be very much depressed because of this,sometimes i cry alot alone,please help me regarding its cure.

Sir i am suffering from knee sweeling in my rt knee for 6 month,two times i hv removed water(aspiration) from it bt never found relief.some time it decrease and some time increase.all tests x rays,crp,esr are normal not yet i found any relief.4 years ago same problem were in my lft knee and dr. Removed 2 pieces(tissue) from lft knee which were found normal(non specific),till one month after surgery i couldn't bent knee even a little bit,i took physiotherapy by wax and till 9 months i could bent it onle 80% after 1.5 or 2 year i could bent it properly 100 bt with pain,still there is pain when i bent it proper,and also swelling in rt knee.Dr.'s Of hospital in which i get surgery 4 yrs ago said that same surgery will pass in rt knee,bt i am afraid because still there is pain in my lft knee,if i pass again surgery in rt knee i will face same problem of pain in my rt knee,please advice me sir if there another way to get treated without surgery like med. Or i should get treated by surgery,i am just 23 yr old boy,still there is whole life for me to live please help me.

Hi.. Im 24 yr old male. i have an habit of masturbation. i think in my school 8th class i did masturbation first time. After a year it became a habit for me. i’m very much ashamed of having this habit. After doing masturbation, I hate myself that I cant control it. I think to control doing next time, but finally again I do it. From that time to till now I cant stop this habit. So more or less I masturbate twice a week anyway and in rare cases thrice a week. Accidentally during my college time I watched some programs in tv saying that masturbation causes not able to do sexual intercourse with partner. It causes not able to give a baby after marriage. After seeing that type of programs I got very much afraid of my life. Before two years I did laser eye surgery. Before surgery they did all pre-test for me. Then they said that your nerves are weak so we need to do two more extra test. After that extra test doctor said that we can do the surgery there’s nothing problem regarding the nerve weakness. I Think may be its family gene problem having nerve weakness. Maybe your grandfather too could had nerve weakness in his life. And now after two years of eye surgery I didn’t face any problems. As doctor said my nerves are weak in my body from my small age.After masturbating all these days I feel my nerves got more weak than before. I don’t know whether it is due to masturbation.But nowadays after masturbation I get head pain back side sometimes and not everytime. Anyway I feel nerves are weak in my body.I’m afraid very much that I cant do sexual intercourse with my partner if I get married. I’m afraid that I cant make my wife pregnant after my marriage. Please help me can I make a baby with sexual intercourse after my marriage? Do I’ve to get any treatment regarding sexual or regarding my nerve weakness or do I’ve to check whether can I make a baby with good sexual intercourse??

Hi doctor i hope u will give me the correct opinion as it is my personal question my problem is ,i had lost 4 teeth . so i am going to consult doctor .if the dentist suggest me for dental implant..is it a right choice and if yes i would be getting married does this dental implant surgery effect my married sex life...like reducing sperm count or not having child in future,as issue of having something foreign implanted in the body may get bacteria and viruses tend to target implants.setting up colonies around them, and that the immune system can’t fight as efficiently in that setting as it can elsewhere in the body. Or else you suggest me which is the best solution for my lost tooth replacement. Thanks
