Hi, The foreskin on my penis is quite tight and I am not able to retract that easily. I am in a planning for marriage in next 2 - 3 months. So any resolution for the above problem? I have checked for options and came to know that Circumcision can be an option but worried about the process of removal of complete foreskin. I personally feel that foreskin is a very sensitive part of penis comprised of vital sex nerves, which helps to release sensual felling during masturbation/sexual activity but as the part of process to circumcision surgery, the foreskin need to be cut away so, worried that, without foreskin how I can get sexual sensation in future or during foreplay? How penis reacts after removal of foreskin for sexual activities? Is it true circumcision surgery really reduces some level sexual sensitivity from penis? Please help me on above queries. Hi, Usually tight fore skin indicates that you either had phimosis or infection or scarring of your fore skin,which has to be removed now. It is a controversial topic and there is no confirmatory study,however all the studies done till now have indicated that sensation don't reduce or make no difference and that is what I have noticed too. Since two days my foreskin got struck back exposing my glans during an intercourse try.This i am experiencing for the first time as usually it becomes normal after masturbating.It is very discomfort causing pain and irritation in contact with clothes.How to get it back in place? Is this normal and safe leaving it so because i am scared of rashes and infection or do i visit a doctor?

my problem is related to glan penis(head). my penis is cut(circumcised. i can see wrinkles on my glans penis and due to this it's look odd and dark in normal stage. i am fair but the colour of penis is black. thas fine. but not sure why the glan penis is wrinkled and looking odd, dull black colour. I am worried. i never had sexual intercourse and don't think any infaction. no itching , burning and all. I want it should look clean and without wrinkles. any cream which help me. Please advice sir. Hi again, I got your response through support. No I would not recommend Hydrocortisone cream since I don't see any inflammation at all on your genitalia. Hydrocortisone cream is not a solution for skin dryness or darkness. If you still want to try it you should not use it more than twice a day for a maximum for 2-3 weeks. ...

Hi... I am Supriya. I have been married for 7 yrs from now and I am suffering with infertility problem. Hi Supriya!! TB of the fallopian tubes can lead to infertilty as the tubes get blocked.In your case the TB of the tubes,is probably the most important cause of the infertilty. If tb has been confirmed like you say,my advice would be that you take complete treatment for tuberculosis.The complete treatment would be allopathic treament which can range from 6-9 mths depending upon the extent of disease.As far as my knowledge goes, I am not aware of any ayurvedic/homeopathic treatment for TB. ...

again i am sharing the details for clearity,which i already mentioned in previous question. my gf has perioed on 5th July and ended on 9th july ,on 10th july i just touched her down and then my penis has touched her vagina only for 4-5 second,nothing else has beed done.since my precum has touched her vagina .for safety next day 11th july she has taken ipill, on 16th she got vaginal bleeding and it ended on 19th,it was darkish.on 22nd now she is feeling itching sensation on the outerpart of her vagina no pain,no discharge,no problem in urine ,nothing inside,on the outer part only it has and its still there.please tell me is it a effect of ipill and any cream or anything which she can use to stop it. she dsnt feel this itching inside atol it jus around the vagina and while urine passing also no problem.please suggest what can be done and is the chance of pregancy now.please suggest some ointment for this itching,if its normal how long it will be.
